To ensure the long-term stable operation of each HPC cooling module, all units undergo two major offline tests: leakage testing and performance testing.

Leakage Testing:The cooling module is tested using automated differential-pressure leak detection equipment to verify 100% sealing integrity of the oil and coolant circuits. All test data is recorded and stored in real time to ensure full traceability.

Performance Testing:Performance tests simulate actual operating conditions to evaluate flow rate, pressure, heat-exchange capacity, noise level, and the communication and control interfaces. These tests verify the module’s cooling efficiency, operational stability, and suitability for high-power charging applications.

All test results are linked to the product’s traceability records to ensure complete documentation upon delivery.

Xi'an Tiantai Electronics has established a standardized and digitalized warehousing system that covers raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.

The warehouse operates under a WMS (Warehouse Management System), enabling barcode traceability and first-in, first-out (FIFO) management. Environmental controls—including humidity control, anti-static protection and temperature management—help ensure the quality and reliability of stored components.

The finished goods area is equipped with an independent inspection zone and a dispatch buffer area to support stable and efficient batch deliveries.

Xi'an Tiantai Electronics has established an intelligent production line dedicated to HPC cooling modules used in high-power, liquid-cooled fast-charging applications. The line is built to stringent industry-grade manufacturing requirements and is designed to deliver high consistency, high reliability, and flexible production capability.

The production line adopts a modularized process design, automated assembly, and MES-based digital process control, enabling full traceability from incoming materials to finished products. Automated key processes ensure assembly accuracy, product consistency, and stable production quality.

This production system supports batch manufacturing as well as rapid switching between different types of oil-cooled and water-cooled thermal-management products.
