Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and expand sales channels for core components related to charging piles and energy storage systems.
2. Be responsible for customer development and sales activities within the assigned region, including charging pile manufacturers, charging gun manufacturers, new energy vehicle companies and related customers, while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
3. Collect and analyze product pricing, market trends and industry information within the responsible region, formulate and implement corresponding sales strategies, and achieve assigned sales targets.
4. Independently manage sales plans, maintain existing customers and actively develop new customers.
5. Be able to travel on business trips as required.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience in charging pile–related sales preferred.
2. Age under 30 is preferred. College degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Sales or related fields.
3. Experience in sales of charging pile components (such as charging guns, main control boards, modules, electrical components, etc.) is preferred. Candidates with experience in the charging infrastructure industry and existing customer resources are highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
1. Support the design of liquid-cooled charging cable module solutions, and be responsible for component structural design, component selection, 3D modeling, engineering drawing release, design verification and change management.
2. Responsible for the structural design and development of components and parts, including development planning, prototype build coordination, DVP test planning and schedule control.
3. Track and resolve design issues identified during prototype build, trial assembly, mass production and customer feedback, ensuring timely improvement and verification.
4. Conduct DFMEA analysis for components and assemblies.
5. Perform pre-processing for simulation tasks and carry out basic CFD and DMU analysis.
6. Continuously optimize designs with respect to manufacturability, cost and overall feasibility.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Experience in automotive structural design is preferred; experience in mechanical design, simulation or related fields is an advantage.
3. Proficient in 3D design software such as CATIA, UG (NX), SolidWorks, as well as CAD tools.
4. Familiar with manufacturing processes and forming characteristics of sheet metal parts, machined parts, injection-molded parts and related components.

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for functional testing and verification of charging systems, HPC modules and electrical components.
2. Support DV & PV verification planning and sample planning for components and assemblies.
3. Responsible for test bench setup and commissioning.
4. Track, analyze and resolve issues identified during DV & PV validation, software testing and bench testing, and perform re-verification after corrective actions.
5. Prepare and maintain complete test cases, test specifications and test reports, and ensure proper documentation and archiving.
6. Maintain issue tracking lists, accumulate FMEA data, and provide optimization and improvement recommendations.
7. Work closely with system engineers to complete performance, functional and algorithm-related testing activities.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and align product technical solutions, define electrical interfaces and scope, and serve as a technical communication bridge between internal teams, external partners and suppliers.
2. Responsible for the electrical design, development and component selection of battery energy storage cabinet-type liquid cooling units, rack-mounted liquid cooling units, immersion cooling units and dehumidification equipment. Prepare technical agreements and DVP plans, covering key components such as compressors, frequency converters, water pumps, fans, sensors and control units.
3. Create, release and maintain 2D drawings and 3D models of electrical components, and complete drawing review and approval processes in a timely manner.
4. Complete OTS sample validation for components and ensure effective issue tracking and closure.
5. Participate in prototype build, testing (performance / EMC / software) and trial assembly. Establish and maintain databases, and manage component test data and technical documentation.
6. Prepare complete electrical technical documentation, including electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, component manuals, commissioning manuals and maintenance manuals.
7. Monitor and control project progress, and resolve electrical design and development issues.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in thermal management–related electrical design. Experience with energy storage liquid-cooled units and supplier resources is preferred.
3. Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Candidates with experience in MATLAB simulation and Altium Designer PCB design are preferred.
4. Familiar with product development processes, IATF16949 quality system requirements, electrical safety standards and EMC design.
Job Description
1. Participate in project research and feasibility analysis, gain a deep understanding of customer needs and conduct a detailed analysis of technical indicators to ensure that product design meets market demands.
2. Be responsible for the design, development and selection of battery energy storage cabinet-type liquid cooling units, frame-type liquid cooling units, immersion liquid cooling units and dehumidification equipment, including key components such as compressors, water pumps, plate heat exchangers, expansion tanks, safety valves and fans.
3. Prepare the BOM list, write the product quotation list, product specification sheet, logic specification sheet and product DV test outline, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all technical documents.
4. Lead the project development, promotion and on-site testing for customers, provide customized thermal management solutions based on different customer needs, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
5. Coordinate the project development with structural and electrical engineers, preside over internal and customer design scheme review activities, develop new suppliers based on customer requirements, and assist SQE engineers in completing the supplier introduction review.
6. Conduct DV tests based on customer requirements and track the progress of the tests. Rectify the developed prototypes to meet the requirements, and issue technical documents such as BOM, DFMEA, bidding plans and technical specifications.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of relevant working experience in thermal management, with experience in energy storage liquid-cooled units preferred.
3. Possess strong problem analysis and solving capabilities, and be able to independently complete the closed loop of simulation - testing - optimization.
4. Have participated in the development of more than three complete energy storage liquid-cooled unit projects and be familiar with the product development process.
5. Possess abundant supplier resources for energy storage thermal management systems.
