The coolant lines of the HPC cooling module are connected to the coolant circuit of the high-power liquid-cooled charging cable to form a closed loop. Driven by the circulation pump, the coolant continuously flows through the loop and absorbs the heat generated by the charging cable during high-power operation. The heated coolant is then directed to the radiator (heat exchanger), where an electric fan provides forced-air convection to dissipate the heat.
This closed-loop liquid cooling system ensures the safe, efficient, and stable operation of the HPC liquid-cooled charging cable.

The cooling module adopts an advanced thermal management design and an intelligent thermal control algorithm to achieve rapid heat transfer under high-power charging conditions. It ensures that the charging power unit operates within the optimal temperature range throughout the charging process.
