With the continuous expansion of the new energy vehicle industry, China has achieved phased results in the construction of charging infrastructure. Recent industry data shows that the total number of charging facilities nationwide has exceeded 20 million, covering urban public areas, communities, transportation hubs, and highway networks. The conditions for energy replenishment have been significantly improved, providing an important guarantee for the large-scale application of new energy vehicles.

From "availability" to "sufficiency", and then to "usability", China's charging facility construction is undergoing a role transformation. While experiencing rapid growth in scale, the industry has begun to pay more attention to the stability and continuous service capability of facilities in real operating environments. Especially in high-frequency use and long-duration operation scenarios, equipment reliability has become an important factor affecting the overall efficiency of the charging network.

In practical operations, some charging stations are facing increasing operational pressure. With the concentrated release of charging demand, some equipment needs to operate continuously under high load conditions, posing higher requirements on system design, key components, and supporting technologies. How to reduce operational failure rates, extend equipment service life, and improve overall operation and maintenance efficiency has become a common concern for both the operational side and the industry chain.

Industry analysts believe that when the number of charging facilities reaches the tens of millions level, the focus of industry competition will gradually shift from "construction speed" to "operational quality". The stable performance of equipment under complex working conditions, as well as its adaptability to high-power operating states, will directly affect the reliability of charging services and user experience.

Xi'an Tiantai Electronics Co., Ltd. has been paying close attention to the technological evolution trends of charging infrastructure for a long time. Focusing on the operational characteristics faced by high-power charging equipment in practical use, the company has continuously conducted relevant technological research and engineering practices. As the operational intensity of charging facilities continues to increase, the role of fundamental technologies such as thermal management in ensuring stable equipment operation has become increasingly prominent.

From the perspective of industry development trends, reaching 20 million charging facilities is not the end of construction, but rather sets higher requirements for technical capabilities and system coordination. In the future, the construction of charging infrastructure will place greater emphasis on the long-term stability of equipment under high load conditions, continuously improving the overall operational level of the charging network through technological optimization and system upgrades.

In this process, upstream and downstream entities in the industry chain need to strengthen collaboration, forming a synergistic force from equipment design, system integration to operation and maintenance. Xi'an Tiantai Electronics stated that it will continue to pay attention to changes in the operational requirements of charging facilities, actively participate in the improvement of relevant technical systems based on its technical accumulation in the field of new energy thermal management, and provide support for the safe and efficient operation of charging infrastructure.
